A person-oriented position. In the anthropocentric paradigm, the personality symbolizes the
whole structure as a concept. The personal-oriented position is a methodological principle that forms
the development of the individual in the second language consciousness, its search, information and
communication, creative and constructive activities. In the proposed model, we are guided by these
principles. According to our understanding, the main requirement of the information society is to
provide future teachers of a foreign language with the basics of information knowledge in a trilingual
environment, to develop the structure of logical thinking, and to develop skills in using information
technologies. The above components are an integral part of these requirements.
We use specific forms of organization to achieve our goal of developing information and
communication competence in a trilingual environment. In higher education institutions, there are
two forms of organization of the educational process: lectures and practical classes. In this regard,
practical training:
- Preliminary classes;
- Seminar;
- Special seminar;
- Practicum;

- Independent work;
- Research work;
- Manufacturing practice
information and communication technology is used not in the production of new knowledge,
but in its refinement. Therefore, in our opinion, information and communication technologies should
be used in practical classes on the organization of the educational process of higher education
institutions.
Modeling in its activity essence includes the following specific methods of cognition in the
modeling process;
1. making an abtraction;
2. the definition of analogues and their analysis;
3. drawing up conclusions based on methods of comparison, analogy, forecasting, etc.;
4. forecasting.
A prerequisite for modeling is the presence of three components of modeling: the researcher,
the object of research, the model of the recognized object in the projection of relations with the
subject [3, 144p].
The pattern provides its main activity as a subject of knowledge and a means of changing the
original form, creating a correspondence between two objects to obtain the original form. In
modeling, the changing and process characteristic of activity is its main feature. it is important to
study the possibility of applying modeling in the theory of presence [4, 416p].
In foreign language lessons, a student should be able to communicate with a foreign language,
Express and Express it-this is one of the ways to develop communicative competence. We train
students for these types of participation on the basis of information and communication technologies.
In addition, this method plays a leading role in the formation and development of key competencies
in students. One of the main competencies (competence competence for our research) is the
communicative competence. Of course, for example, we develop communication competence in
connection with other sub-standards. And we rely on the example presented by S.S. Kunanbayeva,
who evaluates communicative competence. In other words, I determine the development of this
competence at the effective, high, medium, and low levels.
At the effective level, there is a competent use of language tools by students, independent and
timely correction of errors made with an error-free pronunciation of 75%; speech rhythm, sufficient
vocabulary within the language topic and grammatical correctness. High level-the correct use of
language tools in speech, the ability to correct mistakes in a timely manner and independently with
an error-free pronunciation of 50%; correct voice rhythm in speech, sufficient vocabulary within the
language topic level and grammatical correctness.Average level-25% incorrect use of language
means with unmistakable pronunciation; incorrect pronunciation, incorrect lexical and grammatical
deviation of speech. Low level-failure to analyze the required level. Not a manifestation of a
communicative and cognitive nature [4, article 302]. Therefore, it is considered to be one of the most
progressive parts of society, ready to implement new learning technologies, and sincerely involved in
educational work. To train a qualified teacher of language universities requires the work of both
teachers and students, we believe that the role of information and communication competence in this
process is huge.
The model of formation of information and communication competence of future teachers of a
foreign language in the conditions of trilingualism is offered.
