Analyzing of honey properties in Kazakhstan includes analyzing of pollen and moisture
content, reducing sugars and sucrose, diastase number, free acidity and pH (Interstate council of
standardization, metrology and certification, 2001). But there is no information about electrical
conductivity, which is very important parameter for defining the physical
properties of honey
(Baktybayeva, 2016).
