The sample of ethanol (96%) extract was run for 37 minutes. The spectrum profile of
GC-MS confirmed the presence of 18 phytochemical components (Table 2) from A.asiatica.
The phytoconstituents identified were mainly sterols, terpenoids and carbohydrates (Fig. 2).
