dictable offence, juvenile division of the common pleas court, to 
interpret and apply correctly, a case appealed from trial court, to 
solve, a serious legal issue, without a trial, to show the evidence 
in the most favourable light, reasonable doubt, the unanimous ver-
dict, to file a complaint, to commit a crime/an indictable offence, 
to be brought to the court, to be asked to plead, to cross-examine, 
to deter, would-be criminals, similar offences.

11. If an interrogation is to take place in the investigator’s of-
fice, the room should not be radically rearranged.
12. The Charter of the International Military Tribunal authorized 
the Tribunal that war criminals should be put on trial and punished.
13. It is necessary that methods should be changed if a police 
investigation does not produce any result.
14. If the witness is hostile, the investigator should determine 
the reason for his hostility.
