| 4.2. Building of electrical centralization with a firebox
A building without a basement, with a plan size of 24.8 x 6.0 m between the axes. The floor height is 3.8 m. The building contains the necessary premises for the electrical centralization post and domestic premises. The structural scheme of the building consists of reinforced stone load-bearing walls and a monolithic reinforced concrete floor. The building's fire resistance rating is IIIA. Building category by fire hazard – A and B. Foundations – monolithic reinforced concrete, tape. The walls are made of a shell block with dimensions of 200x200x400 mm. The floor is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab with a thickness of 150 mm made of concrete of class B25. Roof-gable made of profiled steel sheet on wooden beams and girders. Insulation – mineral wool slabs. Internal walls and partitions are made of a shell block with dimensions of 190x190x390 mm. Window blocks are made of metal-plastic. Door blocks are made of metal and plastic. For the conditional mark of 0.000, the level of a clean garage floor is assumed, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 23.28 on the master plan. Exterior finish – high-quality plaster with the addition of color. Technical and economic indicators of the building Built-up area-172.08 m2; Total area-128.62 m2; Usable area – 126.02 m2; Construction volume – 1068.92 m3. 4.3. Heating booth The waymasters ' post is a rectangular module measuring 2x3 m and 3 m high with a gable roof. Metal structures of the module are protected by insulated sandwich panels, the module has an entrance door and a window. The post of track supervisors is established from the railway track at a distance determined by the regulatory documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
