By the nature and scope of work, the tracks are classified as external tracks of category III, intended for settling empty cars, connecting the siding with the junction of railway main lines of the general network.
4. Architectural and construction solutions 4.1. Administrative building and fire station Administrative building – a one-story building with administrative and office premises. The building is rectangular in plan with dimensions in axes of 12.6 x 10.8 m. The floor height is 3.1 m. The building has the following facilities: fire station, boiler room and built-in rooms. Built-in rooms: vestibule, hall, director's room, train compiler's room, security room, sanitary unit, storage room. The structural scheme of the building consists of reinforced stone load-bearing walls and a monolithic reinforced concrete floor. The building's fire resistance rating is IIIA. Building category by fire hazard – B. Foundations – monolithic reinforced concrete, tape. Walls-reinforced shell block size 200x200x400 mm. Overlap reinforced W / W plate. Purlins are made of wooden beams. Internal walls and partitions are made of reinforced brick. Window blocks are made of metal-plastic. Door blocks are made of metal and plastic. Roof-gable made of profiled steel sheet on wooden beams and girders. Insulation – mineral wool slabs. The standard mark of 0.000 is the level of the clean floor of the administrative building, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 24.00 on the master plan. The frame, exterior walls and roof of the building, as well as exterior gates, windows and doors are made of ready-made prefabricated factory-made elements that do not require additional finishing and processing. The building's foundations are reinforced concrete and monolithic. Partitions between the premises and administrative and domestic premises are made of shell blocks with dimensions of 200x200x400 mm. Exterior finish – high-quality plaster with the addition of color. Suspended ceilings prefabricated “Armstrong" in domestic and office premises, plasterboard on a metal frame. Internal doors are solid wood, metal-plastic glazed. Floors-concrete, covering in the main room of the administrative building-commercial coating, in domestic and wet areas-ceramic tiles, There is a 1,000 mm wide blind area around the building.
