In the winter period of the year, the air exchange in the premises is determined by multiplicity according to the norms. Mechanical exhaust ventilation from the lower area and natural exhaust ventilation from the bathroom and upper area of the garage are provided from the garage of the fire truck. Flow to administrative premises – unorganized through open transoms or windows, to the garage and to the observation ditch of the garage-mechanical, with heated supply air in winter.

Heating is provided by cast iron radiators of the H brand-2-75-500. The heating system is two – pipe, with the lower wiring of main pipelines. Steel water and gas pipelines GOST 3262-75*are adopted. The main pipelines laid in the floor structure are insulated with mineral wool slabs 50 mm thick and covered with fiberglass. Installation of pipelines was made in accordance with SNiP 3.05.01-85.

Mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation is provided in the main premises of the STB building. Natural supply and exhaust ventilation is provided in the furnace room.
