| 4.4. Low passenger platform
The low passenger platform measures 99.6 m x 2.6 m between the axles and is a rectangular reinforced concrete platform. The top mark of the low passenger platform is 200 mm higher than the top of the rail head of the main railway track. The location of the low passenger platform relative to the railway track is determined by regulatory and technical documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 4.5. Single-chamber septic tank The foundations of the building are based on powdery sand with granulometric composition analysis data sand – 84.3%, dust – 8.5%, clay – 4.8%. Normative values of soil characteristics: pH= 1.65 g/cm3; E= 10 MPa; Sp=11 kPa; φn=21 °. The type of drawdown is type 1. 5. Fire fighting tank The project is designed for the following construction conditions: Construction area – Atyrau region, Makatai district; Climatic construction area in accordance with the SNiP RK 2.04-01-2001 – IVg.; The standard value of wind pressure for the III district is 38 kgf/мm2 (0.38 kPa) according to SNiP 2.01.07-85*; • The normative value of the snow cover weight for the I district is 50 kgf/m2 (0.50 kPa) according to SNiP 2.01.07-85*; • The temperature of the coldest days with a security of 0.92 – minus 30° (SNiP RK 2.04-01-2001); • The construction site is not seismic; • The standard depth of seasonal freezing of soils is 1.25 m. Engineering-and construction surveys were carried out by ТОО "GIS Engineering LTD. LLP. The foundations of the building are based on powdery sand with granulometric composition analysis data sand – 84.3%, dust – 8.5%, clay – 4.8%. Normative values of soil characteristics: pH= 1.65 g/cm3; E= 10 MPa; Sp=11 kPa; φn=21 °. The type of drawdown is type 1. Soils are saline everywhere: the degree of salinity is mainly medium to strong. Groundwater according to engineering and geodetic surveys have not been opened. According to the content of sulfates, the soils are weakly aggressive to concrete on sulfate-resistant Portland cement. According to the content of chlorides, they are very aggressive. All concrete and reinforced concrete structures located in the ground should be made of concrete of class B20, W8 - for water resistance, F100 - for frost resistance on sulphate-resistant Portland cement according to GOST 22266-94. All surfaces of the reinforced concrete structure in contact with the ground should be coated with hot bitumen for 2 times. Under all foundations, preparation from a layer of crushed stone with hot bitumen BN30/80 is accepted until full saturation and the formation of a film under aggressive influences with a thickness of -100 mm. The backfilling of the sinuses should be performed with a non-subsident and non-aggressive clay soil with a layer-by-layer seal ω = 0.9.
