GASTRITIS AS AN URGENT PROBLEM
M.P. Chukreyev
Semey state medical university, Republic Of Kazakhstan
Relevance:
Gastritis is a rather widespread disease, which is characterized by
inflammation of the mucous membrane of the stomach. It affects about 80% of
the population. The relevance of gastritis persists because of external factors,
such as unbalanced diet, smoking, uncontrolled intake of drugs weaken the
protective mechanisms of the stomach and enhance pathogenicity for
Helicobacter. Gastritis should not consider "normal" is a disease, it should be
treated, so as not treating gastritis leads to complications such as peptic ulcer
disease and even cancer of the stomach.
Hypothesis:
In order to prevent the development of gastritis or ulcers of the stomach it
is necessary to refuse from harmful habits, smoking and alcohol abuse, drinking
too hot and hard- to - a digestive food, the excessive consumption of fried, spicy
meals.
Purposes:
develop a research project to investigate the factors and reasons
causing gastritis;
identify, describe and analyse the reasons for the development of
gastritis;
Tasks:
get acquainted with the various factors causing gastritis;
identification of theoretical issues in the study of the and arguments
of their own approach;
Methods of work:
questionnaire;
synthesis and analysis of studied scientific knowledge, studying and
proposing hypotheses of the research work;
the statistic method;
Conclusion:
The impact of gastritis in an organism as a whole is explained by the
disorder of the process of digestion. Elimination of the causes of acute gastritis,
regulation of functions of the сentral nervous system, treatment of diseases,
supporting a breach by the stomach, the liquidation of the infectious and septic
lesions, oral cavity sanation and the elimination of occupational hazards. Of
particular importance is the observance of sanitary-and-hygienic rules, the
relevant controlling the sale of products and preparation of food in the network
of public catering.

SOCIONICS
Ibrayev Sh.
Semey state medical university, Republic of Kazakhstan
Socionics.... Almost a century has passed since Carl Gustav Jung (a
student of Sigismund Freud) has created the concept of personality types in the
area of Applied Psychology, which nowadays is called socionics. His discovery
was so great that it was soon picked up by science, such as psychiatry,
anthropology,
ethnology,
culture,
education
and
literature.
The basis of this concept is the doctrine of the information metabolism. Its
essence is that the mind of a certain type of people is capable to process
information from the world around us in a certain way. And the types of
information processing - sixteen. A clear and logical explanation of the
mechanism and its components can be found in my research work. You will
understand why each of the sixteen socionics types picks from the entire flow of
information, not all, but only a few different aspects. Type of information
metabolism (TIM), inherent in each individual is, is the basis of his whole life,
causing quite a typical human response to certain situations. And,
characteristically, this kind of twin reactions, between all the people, belonging
to the same TIM.
But do not be upset, because the world there is no two people are
alike! No one is encroaching on your personality, uniqueness and originality.
You don‘t look like them either by fate or life experience, or personal qualities,
or knowledge. Not anything, except the method of processing information.
In this work I set an aim to show you, how it‘s nestled and how works the
psyche of each of the sixteen personality types, their relationships between each
other, also give a figurative "portraits" of these types. These portraits describe
the most common features of all the sixteen types of character, which stand
behind every TIM.

CONTRARY TO SCIENCE: MEDICAL PHENOMENA
Kalinina Dina, 144 group General medicine faculty
State medical university of Semey city, Republic of Kazakhstan
Aims of my project:
To introduce some medical phenomena;
To disclose the nature of these phenomena;
To discuss: Is it miracle or scientific fact?
Every day science is faced with unexplained phenomena. Medicine has
gone too far. But there will always be a phenomenon. And science can‘t
interpret some facts. These people and events excite the
minds and forced scientists to guess ...
I want to introduce the most astonishing examples of medical phenomena.
And try to explain reasons of these occurrences. Also I have debriefed on this
theme. I would like to show results of this inquiry. And then make a general
decision about main question of my project: Is medical phenomena miracles or
scientific facts?
In my project I have used methods of presentation, scientific explanation
and public inquiry.
In my opinion, currency of my project concludes in problematical
character of this theme. Environmental conditions of modern life become more
dangerous for human from day to day. And in result of these reasons anomalies
are appeared. We cannot ignore anyone of it.
So I have decided to show, to explain and to discuss this difficult topic.

Long monitoring of Semipalatinsk region people who were exposed to
ionizing radiation in consequence of 40 year nuclear testing certifies about
increasing of prevalence of circulatory system diseases. Conducting of the
research in cohort, which exposed to direct radiation, showed that for all types
of death from cardiovascular diseases (CVD) relative risk in exposed cohort
composed 2,29 [2,13;2,47]. One of the most informative integral indexes of
environment influence on human health is health condition of exposed
descendants. Depositing of ―mutagenic load‖ & decreasing of individual
heterozygosity leads to limitation of organism abilities to answer by adaptational
& compensatory protection reactions on external influence, leading to
development of the multifactorial diseases. Aim of our research is conducting of
complex epidemiological & clinical-laboratory monitoring among offspring of
people who had been exposed in consequence of nuclear testings at
Semipalatinsk proving ground, in order to indentify rick groups of vascular
pathology, induced by endothelial dysfunction, their early diagnosis &
elaboration of rehabilitation programs. On the basis of creation of system of the
individual forecasting of risks of development CVD for persons born from
exposed parents, & following generation, lies principle of determination of
genetically conditioned predisposition. For every member of patient‘s family ill
by IHD, including of his parents, brothers, sisters & children, created individual
chart of of CVD development risk on the basis of determination of genes-
candidates of development, & also in accordance with SCORE scale. Performed
evaluation of diagnostic & prognostic significance of determination of nitrogen
oxide metabolites in blood & urine, & also condition of endothelial dysfunction
at patients with high risk factors. Also we had conducted patient‘s life quality as
prognostic factor with the help of sociologic research with evaluation of
nosological, syndromal & individual aspect in CVD formation. Results of
conducted work are bases in elaboration of program of revealing, monitoring,
adherence of patients with CVD to the treatment & creation of recommendations
for rehabilitation measures in ambulatory conditions.

Actuality: at the present time a top priority in modern medicine is to
develop preventive measures aimed at reducing anthropogenic impacts on the
human body. It is known that the electromagnetic field has a number of different
appliances adverse effects on the human body that can cause arising of various
diseases. One of the most common electrical appliances with a powerful
electromagnetic radiation to which people are constantly in contact, are
computer and cell phone.
Aim: to study the effects of electromagnetic radiation of computer and
cell phone in a different time range on immunocompetent cells and modernized
ESR healthy person.
Materials & methods of investigation: Blood samples from healthy
donors were divided into two experimental and one control group. The blood of
each experimental group were divided into three portions, which were exposed
to an electromagnetic field computer or cell phone for 10 minutes, 30 min. and
60 min. respectively. The blood cells were used for the production of immune
responses and production of the modernized ESR.
Reseived results & discussion: found that in both experimental groups
showed a decrease of T-suppressors at a constant total content of T-and B-
lymphocytes. Decrease the number of phagocytes in the experimental groups
compared with controls.
Acceleration of erythrocyte sedimentation rate was noted in the modified
version. All of these changes grew with increasing exposure time.
Conlusion: The results suggest an immunosuppressive effect of
electromagnetic radiation of computer and cell phone on the various links in the
cell and alter the immune response physiological & colloid properties of blood
plasma.

INDEXES OF WEIGHT OF THE DENIED NEWBORNS AT
SEMEY CITY
M. V. Mardamshina, A. N. Alpisheva, A. R. Tukinova
Semey State Medical University, Kazakhstan Republic
We were studied archive case histories of denied children at the maternity
houses №2 and №3, and Semey Perinatal center at the period from 2007 till
2009.It was studied 127 cases of denying: at 2007 – 41, at 2008 – 47, at 2009 –
39. From all cases: in the maternity house №2 - 47, in the maternity house №3 –
20, in the PerinatalCenter – 60 case histories. Research was conducted on the
basis of agreement about cooperation between the children fund ―UNICEF‖ and
SSMU, at the participation of Public health department of East Kazakhstan
Region.Alongside with other data from the questionnaire of the child some
interest had the weight indexes of denied children. At the weight category from
3 till 4 kg the quantity of denied children was at 2007 in the maternity house №2
- 43%, in the maternity house №3 – 33%, in the Perinatal Center – 71%; at2008
in the maternity house №2 – 60%, in the maternity house №3 – 43%, in the
Perinatal Center – 55%; at 2009 in the maternity house №2 – 69%, in the
maternity house №3 – 71%, in the Perinatal Center – 58% from the total number
of denied children. Body mass from 2 till 2,9 kg at denied children was at 2007
in the maternity house №2– 50%, in the maternity house №3 – 50%, in the
Perinatal Center – 24%; at 2008 in the maternity house №2 – 35%, in the
maternity house №3 – 57%, in the Perinatal Center – 40%; at 2009 in the
maternity house №2 – 31%, in the maternity house №3 – 29%, in the Perinatal
Center – 26% from total amount of denied newborns. Weight category from 1
till 1,9 kg were revealed next data: at 2007 in the maternity house №2 – 7%, in
the maternity house №3– 17%, in the Perinatal Center – 5%; at 2008 in the
maternity house №2 – 5%, in the maternity house №3 and Perinatal Center –
cases were absent; at 2009 in the Perinatal Center – 11%, in the maternity
houses №2 and №3– cases of denying were absent. And, finally, weight low 1
kg was revealed only in the Perinatal Center of Semey city at 2008 and 2009 – at
5% from total amount of denied newborns.
Thereby, the weight category of denied newborns were from 3 till 4 kg
mainly, i. e. this is newborns with good weight indexes.Consequently, weight is
not influence on the denying from the newborn. In the problem of denying from
newborns play important role the social factors.

LEXICAL MEANS OF EXPRESSING EMOTION IN MODERN
ENGLISH AS AN EXAMPLE THE BOOK BY STEPHANIE
MEYER "TWILIGHT"
A.R. Nursoltanova, B.O. Orazgalieva
State Medical University of Semey, Republic of Kazakstan
Objective of my research work: to determine the composition and analysis
of
the
vocabulary that
describes
the emotional
displays in
English.
Research
objectives:
1) To develop a theoretical basis for the study, which considered the concept
of the category of "emotion", "emotional," "expressive," "estimated";
2) The theming and characterization of "positive" and "negative" emotions;
3) Analyze
the positive
emotions: joy,
happiness;
4) Analyze the negative emotions: "Fear," "unexpected," "frustration," "angry,"
"despair,"
"contempt,"
"irritated,"
"indifference";
5) Identify ways of verbalizing emotional vocabulary in English based on the
book by
Stephanie
Meyer "Twilight";
6) Provide a systematic material in the form of a mini-glossary.
Methods
of
my
research
work:
1. structural and semantic - to identify and describe the various models of
structural organization of a literary text, designed to convey the emotional
and the subjective attitude of the speaker to the subject matter of his statements;
2. method
for the
analysis of definitional dictionaries -
at sample units
emotional vocabulary, finding reflection in the theming of certain emotions;
3. comparative synthesis - the
synthesis
of the
results and
comparison of patterns of
emotions theming;
4. analysis
5. compare
and
contrast material.
Relevance of the topic lies in the fact that the verbal expression of emotions is
one of the leading places in the interests of modern linguistics. To date, there are
perceptions of emotions in the text of a work of art - for the polysemy of verbs-
emotive. This research project provides the first theming emotive verb-based
works of modern English literature "Twilight" author Stephanie Meyer. In
addition, the work involves the creation of a mini - the dictionary "lexical means
of expressing emotion in modern English," which makes it possible to explore
ways
to
express
certain
emotions
in
speech.
The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that it offers a comprehensive
approach to the study of ways to represent emotions in a literary text. The
statements that convey emotions speaking are analyzed to identify their verbal
presentation.
The practical value of this research lies in the fact that the study results can be
used in lessons and special courses on spoken English as well as for self-study
English language learners to enrich their vocabulary.

EFFICACY OF TEAM-BASED LEARNING (ТBL) IN THE
LECTURE CURRICULUM OF THE CLINICAL DISCIPLINE
A. Pismareva, 601 group of medical faculty, M. Tadjimetov, N. Bugrov,
pediatric faculty
State medical university of Semey city, Republic of Kazakhstan
Background: Lecture in traditional format, in spite of multimedia
accompaniment, and the most inefficient way of the study of the scholastic
material remains nowadays. In view of this are undertaken attempts to raise
efficacy of lecture course. One such attempts is team based learning (TBL). This
methodic was developed by Larry Michaelsen at beginning of 80-th y. XX
century. Dissatisfaction with results of lecture in traditional format has pushed
chair of traumatology and preventive medicine of SSMU to use TBL in a lecture
curriculum.
Aim: To estimate the influence of team-based learning on the
finaloutcomes of learning and motivation of students to subject studying.
Methods of investigation:
1. retesting of students for definition of knowledge survival rate.
2. interviewing of students by the specially developed questionnaires.
3.
statistical processing of the results.
Results:
91.5% (65 people)
of
students
educated
by TBL
technology, welcomed this technique. Because lectures throughout the complex
tasks are
performed with
the
discussion in
the
small
groups. 52.1% (37 people) are not prepared for the first lecture, but in this topic
they have a high survival rate of knowledge. As noted by the respondents most
interesting and helpful was discussion in the group test and case-based
discussion. Despite the fact that the case-technology is now recognized as the
traditional method of teaching at the chair of Traumatology and Preventive
Medicine, SemeyStateMedical University,
team-based
learning depended
on results
of
repeated
testing showed improved
survival
rate
of
knowledge. Survival rate of knowledge in the basic group 40,1 ± 4,2%, in the
control group 25,9 ± 3,2%, with significant difference p = 0.01. When
comparing the final grades for lectures marked improvement from their lecture
to lecture, which indicates an increase in students' motivation to study the
subject.
Conclusions: Thus, the team-based learning technology should be
considered as more productive, rational and effective method of learning, which
helps to open abilities of the leadership, sense of professional development,
clinical thinking and was valuable experience for students.

AN ADDITIONAL FOOD IN CHILDREN IN MODERN
CONDITIONS
M.M.Sadykova, B.A.Kanafina
State Medical University of Semey city, the Republic of Kazakhstan
We have observed 150 children in the age of 1 month till 5 years. At 114
children, who are on the breast-feeding and additional food was introduced in 6
months – 68,42%, early introduction of an additional food – 15,78%(18), late
introduction– 9,64%(11). After 1 year old children, an additional food was
introduced in 0,7%(8). At 25 children, which are on mixed feeding an additional
food was introduced in 6 - 68%(17), early introduction of an additional food -
24%(6), late introduction of an additional food – 0,8%(2).At 11children, who
are on an artificial feeding an additional food was introduced in 6 months – 8
children, early introduction of an additional food - 2, late introduction of gruel -
1 %.
In order to add the first additional food in children, which are on breast-
feeding there were introduced: cooked semolina in 21,5%, vegetable puree in
66,66%, an additional food without gluten in 8,77%. As a first additional food in
children, which are on mixed feeding there were introduced: cooked semolina in
16%, vegetable puree in 80%, and broth in 4%. In the capacity of first additional
food in children, which are on an artificial feeding there were introduced:
cooked semolina in 9,09%, vegetable puree in 72,73%,and vermicelli in 18,18%.
In early introduction of an additional food an allergic rush in 11,1% of
children was observed, in 7,98%-tendency to constipations, 5,2 %- sick with
obstructive bronchitis in two times often. In late introduction of an additional
food in 31,1%physical retardation was observed, in 5.95 % - paratrophy, in
0,4% - recedive of pneumonia. Timely, but erroneous introduction of an
additional food (introduction of gluten-containing gruels, vermicelli, broths):
physical retardation was observed in15,5%, paratrophy in 9,9% , bronchitis in
78% , intestinal dysbacteriosis in 0,03% , atopic dermatitis – in 23%, anemia in
8,8 % of cases.
Thus, erroneous introduction of an additional food in children of early
ages results in development of allergies, frequent cold, and physical retardation
in future. For decrease of morbidity rate there is a need for carrying out of an
active sanitary- prophylactic organizations with mothers on the rational feeding.
