reveals the close as one of the most important success factors of the teacher. Specified that only the successful teacher
able to solve modern problems of education. Disclosed addiction professional success teacher from the level of his skill
and the needs of the professional self-knowledge, the development of themselves and students, from the way his
thinking. Condition for the success activities teachers is awareness of the need of change, of transformation of his inner
world and search for new opportunities for professional development.
