Pedagogical conditions of development of subjectivity of future experts In the conditions of the accelerated innovative and industrial development of the country questions of improvement
of quality of training of future experts finds special relevance. Today in pedagogics, philosophies of education and
pedagogical psychology researches on problems of vocational training of future experts from a position of modern
paradigms and methodological approaches of education are widespread. In article features of the organization of edu-
cational process from a position of subject approach in system of vocational training of future experts rassmaotrivatsya.
As important components of realization of subject approach in the organization of educational process in higher educa-
tional institutions independent search and researches of students, close взаимосвязб educational process with scientific
work and production, independent work of students and dialogue, a reflection are offered. On the basis of the analysis
of essence and feature of development of subjectivity of the personality in philosophy, pedagogics and psychological
science pedagogical terms of development of a professional kompetenost and subjectivity of future experts are develo-
ped and offered. Pedagogical conditions of development of a professional kompetenost and subjectivity of future experts
include requirements to the organization of the subject focused educational process, methods and technologies of
training.
