В данной научной статье авторы пытаются теоретически обосновать портрет личности педагога, ориентированного на социальные и профессиональные характеристики и компе- тентность. В современную школу, которая перешла на национальную модель образования, требуется педагог, который является и психологом, и мыслителем, и исследователем, и ме- неджером, способным управлять, диагностировать и практиковать педагогическую коор- динацию в практической деятельности. Требования к педагогу XXI века огромны. Учитель – всегда больше, чем просто специалист, профессионал. Современный учитель – тот, кто знает свою работу, умеет жить в ней и пользоваться всеми доступными средствами, как тех- ническими, так и методическими. Поэтому, в статье анализируются социальные и профес- сиональные характеристики, ценностные ориентации современного педагога. Представле- на авторская позиция в отношении отдельных требований к педагогу, сформулированных в профессиональном стандарте педагога. Ключевые слова: педагог, педагогическое мастерство, знание, профессиональные уме- ния, языковые навыки, коммуникация, педагог новой формации, профессиональная компе- тентность. In this scientific article, the authors try to theoretically substantiate a portrait of a teacher's personality, oriented toward social and professional characteristics and competence. The modern school that has switched to the national model of education requires a teacher who is both a psychologist, a thinker, a researcher, and a manager capable of managing, diagnosing and practicing pedagogical coordination in practical activities. The requirements for a teacher of the 21st century are enormous. A teacher is always more than just a specialist, a professional. The modern teacher is the one who knows his work, knows how to live in it and use all available means, both technical and methodical. Therefore, in the article social and professional characteristics, value orientations of the modern teacher are analyzed. The author's position is presented with respect to individual requirements for the teacher, formulated in the professional standard of the teacher. References 1.
