English proficiency is now becoming one of the conditions for the professional competence of a specialist. The low level of foreign language literacy of specialists undermines its competitiveness. English helps not only to find a dialogue with a computer faster, but also makes it possible to join the international information bank. The process of teaching English is built on a communicative basis, which is focused on the individual. Education is based not on the passage of certain topics, but on the discussion of problems from the life of our society, for example, "Environmental problems", "What do you think about your future", "Problems of teenagers"; “How to save the planet?”, “Who is your best friend”, “Choice of future profession”. Thanks to this, students get the opportunity to discuss their ideas, current events in the life of the class, city, country, planet, learn to express their attitude to what is happening, to defend their own opinion. Active learning methods are attached to the process of socialization. Active teaching methods are methods that stimulate the cognitive activity of students. They are built mainly on a dialogue that involves a free exchange of views on ways to resolve a particular problem. 1. Role-playing approach and, as a result, a business game. In this case, the student (or group of students) is invited to play the role of one or another actor. During the business game, students: You act in specific social roles, 45 You develop a chain of decisions, You approach the result, the purpose of which is to find the right solution to a certain social issue in the most common situation in real life. Thus, the teacher tries to stimulate the acquisition of communication experience in various roles through business social games, since each social role includes many cultural norms, rules and stereotypes of behavior 2. Creation of a problem situation. A problematic situation is a cognitive difficulty, to overcome which students must acquire new knowledge or make intellectual efforts. This is an intellectual difficulty of the student, which prevents him from immediately solving a cognitive or practical problem, requiring the search for new knowledge or new ways of acting to remove the difficulty that has arisen. Problem situations can be objective (the situation is set by the teacher) and subjective (the psychological state of intellectual difficulty in solving the problem). Levels of problematic situations 1- the role of the teacher is to guide students to an independent search for ways to solve the problem; 2- joint analysis of the situation of the teacher with the students. Students independently formulate a problem and solve it; 3- independent work of students to identify the problem and choose the best solution. Pedagogical requirements for creating problem situations situations should: 1- be compiled on real life material to correspond to the theoretical knowledge of students; 2- aimed at stimulating thinking to build on familiar educational material; 3- rely on the students' specific practical experience. 3. Various group forms of work. In the classroom, students like to work collectively, consult, strive for cooperation. This is due to the fact that they feel the need for communication. The realization of the desire of students to cooperate forms their personality. Working in a team, children learn from their own experience the benefits of joint planning, distribution of responsibilities, and mutual communication. Students rally among themselves, learn to act in a coordinated and coordinated manner, experiencing a sense of responsibility for the results of joint activities. The collective form of organizing work requires the clear efforts and abilities of everyone. Grouping can be done: You on a certain basis, which is set by the teacher or group leader (by the first letter of the name: vowel or consonant; at what time of the year was born: into four groups; by eye color, etc.); You at the choice of the leader (the leader in this case can either be appointed by the organizer, or selected by the members of the groups, and the leader picks his team); You at the choice of the teacher (by solving certain pedagogical tasks, the teacher can unite students with similar intellectual abilities, with a similar pace of work, or can create groups of equal strength).
