| V. THEORETICALAND PRACTICAL CONTRIBUTIONS OF THE
DISSERTATION The main contributions of a dissertation can be examined and evaluated in two groups – theoretical contributions and practical contributions. Therefore, the dissertation contains the following theoretical and practical contributions: Theoretical contributions: 1) The theoretical formulations and modern concepts of talent and talent management are summarized: essence, scope and relations by basic concepts, classifications, categories. Based on critical and comparative analysis, discussion and interpretation, the need for an independent study of talent management in the Bulgarian context is justified (such a study does not exist so far). The analysis of the modern practices and approaches for talent management in the companies in Bulgaria and the opportunities for transfer of successful examples from the leading international companies are a solid basis for the substantiation of a theoretical and research model in the dissertation. 2) The developed author's research model is tested and the complexity of the used research tools is substantiated. Original results for the management of talents in the researched organizations (confirmed in the 5 hypotheses mentioned in the dissertation) are received, outlining certain tendencies and challenges, on the basis of which the idea of building an integrated framework for talent management in different sectors and business in Bulgaria. 3) An author's methodology has been developed: with the theoretical and applied findings, guidelines and recommendations to the coaching programs and the development of the coaching culture, as new dimensions of the modern organizations to a constant process for self-development and talent management. 4) An exemplary model for talent management (theoretical and applied frameworks) has been developed, including: main directions, components, processes, content characteristics, mechanisms or stages; by displaying a set of criteria and a range of indicators. жүктеу/скачать 1,67 Mb.
