2) Based on the analysis of the obtained data
and the formulated conclusions, the
challenges and opportunities (by deriving specific trends of prognostic nature) before the
management approaches, initiatives and strategies are
identified, and
guidelines for their
improvement are proposed.
3) The comparative analyzes in the dissertation (between Bulgarian and international
research and successful practices) follow examples of the
synchronization of organizational,
managerial and individual efforts, creating favorable conditions for the formation of a kind of
spiral of mutual encouragement, leading to constant self-development and self-improvement
