Practical contributions: 
 
 
1) The conducted research is an in-depth study of the practices and approaches for 
talent management in the public, private, and NPO sector, and brings valuable information to

the target organizations (selected from a certain range of sectors) with a well-developed 
formal HRM strategy and functioning programs. for talent management, as well as to the so-
called "Case" international companies applying successful practices in this direction. But it 
also offers new approaches and policies in the field of talent management in the conditions of 
functioning modern organizations (companies). 
 
2) Based on the analysis of the obtained data and the formulated conclusions, the 
challenges and opportunities (by deriving specific trends of prognostic nature) before the 
management approaches, initiatives and strategies are identified, and guidelines for their 
improvement are proposed. 
3) The comparative analyzes in the dissertation (between Bulgarian and international 
research and successful practices) follow examples of the synchronization of organizational, 
managerial and individual efforts, creating favorable conditions for the formation of a kind of 
spiral of mutual encouragement, leading to constant self-development and self-improvement 
of each employee. But they also provide an opportunity to justify different options for specific 
dimensions or methodologies for adequate tools and their application to specific areas of 
business.
