The authors of the article examine the features of category of verb in Kazakh language and verb as part of

speech, designating a process and expressing this value in the categories of kind, mortgage, mood, time and person;

a verb possesses also the categories of number and - in forms past tense and subjunctive mood - by the category of

family. The value of process is peculiar to all verbs, regardless of their lexical value. A verb presents as a process

(judicial sign) and actions and states and relations. At the study of verb sometimes arise up IT technology.
