The British Council is the UK's international organization for cultural relations and educational opportunities. The organization provides an opportunity to interact with the British Council in a digital format By studying the English language of the British Council, students learn English from world experts[3]. No matter what level of English a student has, this site will help you improve your level. From children to adults, there are courses, classes and activities that lead to internationally recognized qualifications [3]. Voice of america learning english Special English (Special English) is a managed version of the English language, specially developed for radio and television broadcasts through the Voice of America (VOA) [4]. On sites such as Learning English by Voice of America, you can find many examples of the dictionary, as well as some pedagogical materials for teaching vocabulary [4]. English language learning programs are also broadcast on radio and satellite television and youtube.com/voalearningenglish , facebook.com/voalearningenglish and twitter.com/voalearningenglish it is hosted on websites. Analyzing the data of two English language learning sites, we present many advantages and disadvantages of these sites: Advantage Disadvantage British Council Learn English - English language levels: A1 (elementary), A2 (pre-intermediate), B1 (intermediate), B2 (upper intermediate), C1 (advanced),C2 (proficiency) - an abundance of interactive exercises; - structure: texts, video lessons, images, graphics, audio, illustrations, pdf documents, articles, lesson plans, educational resources; - visual, convenient, understandable interface -Many activities, programs and projects in various fields in English; - online lesson program with teachers; VoА learning english - English language levels: A1 (Beginner), B1 (intermediate), C1 (advanced) - structure: video lessons, audio, texts, News, Radio; - online lesson program with teachers; - C2 (proficiency) English level not included; - small amounts of interactive exercises; 148 -completed interface Nowadays, information and communication technologies are very good for effective learning of a foreign language. Applications such as British Council Learn English и Voice of America learning English will be especially useful for students to practice simple dialogues in a group, as well as for students who have communication difficulties, commonly referred to as a "language barrier". Currently, the strategic task of developing school education is to update its content, teaching methods and, on this basis, achieve a fundamentally new quality of teaching. Life in modern society requires schoolchildren to develop such important cognitive skills as the formation of their own opinion, understanding experience, building chains of evidence, and expressing themselves clearly and confidently. It is impossible to imagine and effectively implement a modern English lesson without the use of modern educational technologies. Modern technologies for teaching English should contain such system features as the logic of the process, conceptuality, efficiency, flexibility, dynamism, repeatability, integrity and interconnection of individual parts.
